Logging into your Journal makes it secure, and gives you, and only you, access to all levels of Journal editing and customization.

Tips and How To's

Logging In

In the upper right corner of the RCN Journal screen:

  1. Type your User Name in the User Name field.
  2. Type your Password in the Password field.
  3. Press Sign In. You will be taken to the My Journals Page.
  4. Click the View link next to the Journal you want to Edit.
Tip:    Forgot your Password or User Name? Press either link on the Sign In page. An email will be sent to the email address you provided upon sign up.
Tip:     If you have yet to install the Enhanced Feature Plugins, you can access the plugin when you choose "Add Media." It will be located on the Webcam or Drag and Drop tabs of the Add Media dialogue box.
