ItsWhosOnTheBusThatCounts.org is a non-profit organization comprised of young adults who have demonstrated their creativity and strength of character by, for example, dealing with an important life challenge.

During their tenure, these individuals work together on one project a year that has been selected by majority vote. In addition, each member takes on a uniquely significant personal project, and is encouraged to enlist the help and support of fellow colleagues. It may include working for other non-profit organizations with funding from ItsWhosOnTheBusThatCounts.org .The goal of all efforts is to contribute to the betterment of an individual, a group or a cause.

Founder Isaac Colbert is the recently retired Dean for Graduate Students at MIT and and past president of the AAU Association of Graduate Deans.

The organization's core founding belief is that choosing the staff with care and selectivity is the critical factor in the success of the company.
