I wanted to share a link for an IPM Tool Kit recently developed by the
Boston Public Health Commission. While this Kit was developed for
managers and owners of affordable housing, it contains useful info for
structural IPM programs in other settings. This new resource is clearly
and concisely written, and provides a wealth of practical guidance for
launching and maintaining an effective IPM program...
Key item covered include:
Setting up an IPM team
Developing an IPM policy
Model IPM bid specifications
Finding an IPM contractor
Developing an action plan
Roles and responsibilities for key players
Record-keeping
Program performance review
The Kit also includes various sample forms; leads on where to go for
